We will always do our best to complete your project to a high standard, and any concerns should be reported within 48 hours of service completion.
6. Warranties

At ToDoTiger, your satisfaction is important to us. We strive to provide reliable, high-quality handyman and home improvement services throughout the Tampa area. This Return and Refund Policy explains our approach to service issues, refunds, and customer satisfaction.
1. Service Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with the quality of the service we provided, please notify us within 48 hours of the job completion. We’ll do our best to:
Resolve the issue quickly and professionally
Return to the site to correct any verified workmanship concerns
Offer a partial or full refund if the issue cannot be reasonably resolved
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:
The work was not completed as agreed in the original service request
There is clear evidence of poor workmanship or damage caused by our technician
A cancellation was made in accordance with our cancellation policy (see below)
Refunds will not be issued for:
Services that were completed as agreed and approved by the customer
Issues reported more than 48 hours after completion
Damages or problems caused by pre-existing conditions or third-party interference
Materials or items purchased by the customer
3. Cancellations and Rescheduling
You may cancel or reschedule your appointment with at least 24 hours’ notice at no charge.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.
If you paid in advance and cancel within the required notice period, a full refund will be issued.
4. Prepaid Services or Deposits
If you have paid a deposit for a large project or scheduled multiple services in advance:
Deposits are refundable if cancellation is made more than 48 hours before the first scheduled service
A portion of the deposit may be retained to cover costs already incurred (e.g., planning, materials, technician time)
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund or service correction, please contact us within 48 hours of your completed service with:

A clear description of the issue
